How soon should I apply for my permit?

As soon as you can! Our rule of thumb is 4 to 6 months before you want your dock installed, but the earlier the better!

How do I apply?

TVA has every step outlined right here:
TVA: How to Apply

Do you do repairs?

Yes! We can repair just about any dock design, even if we aren’t the original builders. We also update and expand docks! We can add a boat lift, storage space, or even a larger sun deck! Just let us know what you want!

Can you build a dock of my custom design?

Absolutely! We can build most anything! We’ve built a floating restaurant, special low-profile rowing docks, and two story “party” docks.

What can you build besides docks?

Break waters, roof systems, free standing buildings, zip lines, bridge systems, rope swings, boat racks… to name a few. If we can draw up the plans, we can build it.
